The LOC will support the participant’s visa application by issuing an invitation. Check for yourself if you need a visa to enter Poland (Schengen area) and let us know what the LOC must include in the letter (the procedure may vary in different countries and circumstances).
The LOC can support an applicant who registers for the Symposium by providing the title and abstract of her/his presentation and paying the registration fee. Payment of the fee is proof for us that the person applying for a visa will join the Symposium. If the application is unsuccessful, the registration fee will be refunded.
